Repair Process




DAMAGE ASSESSMENT
The first step in the repair process. Our estimates are expertly trained
in several estimating systems to give you an accurate assessment
on price and number of days your vehicle will be in the shop.
Insurance companies can be contacted at this point with
estimates faxed, e-mailed, or uploaded.

STARTING REPAIRS
Once we have assessed the damage, we will schedule your repairs
and rental car.
You may use our drop-off / pick-up service if your work schedule
is before 8:00am or after 5:30pm.

DURING REPAIRS
Your vehicle will be repaired by expert, I-Car trained technicians.
Once the vehicle is disassembled, any additional
assessments will be made.
You and your insurance company will be notified of any
supplements or change in your delivery date.
We are committed to quality work to return your vehicle
to pre-accident condition in a timely matter.
Throughout the repairs, we will be contacting you with updates
we have discussed.
Once repairs are complete, we will re-inspect the vehicle,
complete safety checks and clean the vehicle inside and out.

COMPLETION AND PICK UP
We will notify you as soon as repairs are completed.
Arrangements can be made so you can return to our office
to ensure a speedy pick up of your car.
All repairs come with a final billing repair order, damage assessment,
and written limited lifetime warranty.
We will assist you with acquiring payment and / or billing
with insurance companies, fleet or corporate accounts,
and third party payments.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover, and checks up to $500.00.

AFTER REPAIRS ARE COMPLETED
After your repairs are completed, you will receive a certificate
stating our lifetime warranty.
This warranty is our guarantee to you!
We want you to be completely satisfied with our services,
and continue to rely on us for any future repairs.
